Procesul de inregistrare presupune alegerea unui nume de utilizator si a unei parole. Nu divulgati aceste date de acces altor persoane. In urma inregistrarii dvs. pe acest forum, adresa (IP) dvs. este inregistrata si, in cazul incalcarii regulamentului, ea poate fi blocata, ceea ce inseamna ca nu mai puteti accesa acest forum. Blocarea adresei sau ban-ul se acorda fara warning in prealabil numai in cazurile special mentionate in acest REGULAMENT. Conducerea forumului nu garanteaza acuratetea, caracterul complet sau utilitatea informatiilor prezentate in forum si nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru posturile sau semnaturile utilizatorilor inregistrati. Acesta regula se aplica si mesajelor private. In cazul tutorialelor de orice fel postate pe forum, ramane la latitudinea utilizatorului care a postat daca isi asuma sau nu responsabilitatea. Conducerea gamaganda.net nu poate verifica toate tutorialele postate de utilizatori, indiferent de functia acestora, astfel incat nu isi asuma responsabilitatea in cazul lor. In cazul in care considerati ca au fost postate mesaje sau semnaturi care ar putea intra sub incidenta acestui paragraf, va rugam sa ni le raportati.
2. Fiecare utilizator, indiferent de vechime sau apartenenta la un grup special (ex: moderatori, administratori), are obligatia sa ii respecte pe ceilalti utilizatori, inclusiv in discutiile private. Orice fel de limbaj vulgar (ex: injuraturi), atac la persoana, discutie gen IRC, precum si mesaje/poze/semnaturi care contravin legilor tarii (ex: antisemite, rasiste sau pornografice) se pedepsesc prin editarea/stergerea acelui post/avatar/semnatura de catre un administrator/moderator si, in functie de gravitatea faptei, acordarea de warning sau ban pe o perioada (ne)determinata. De asemenea, nu acceptam posturile monosilabice ("da", "lol", "thanks" etc), iar moderatorii au datoria de a le sterge si de a atentiona utilizatorul in cauza. Acceptam insa posturi care contin numai un link sau numai poze, cu conditia ca acel post sa nu fie primul post al unui topic.
3. Topicurile care se incadreaza la categoria flamewars vor fi incepute/mutate numai pe sectiunea dedicata. Cine are chef de cearta/trolling, sa intre acolo. Cei prinsi cu astfel de posturi/topicuri in alta parte vor fi sanctionati.
4. Incercati sa folositi functia 'search' inainte sa postati. In acest fel aratati respect pentru cei mai vechi utilizatori care poate s-au plictisit sa vada aceleasi intrebari/afirmatii saptamanal.
5. Incercati sa postati pe cat posibil in sectiunea adecvata mesajului transmis de topicul/postul dvs. Stim ca impartirea forumului este una neobisnuita, dar va rugam totusi sa va dati silinta. Cei care in mod repetat ignora aceasta regula, vor fi sanctionati.
6. Acolo unde este cazul sa folositi optiunea Spoiler (poveste, evolutia personajelor, etc), va rugam sa o faceti. Cine nu se conformeaza acestei dispozitii, va fi sanctionat. Nu dorim ca cei care au acces la un titlu sa strice experienta de joc altor persoane care nu l-au achizitionat inca.
7. Nu acceptam spam-ul publicitar. Nu acceptam nici publicitatea efectuata de firme prin intermediul acestui forum, fara acordul administratorilor.
8. Nu acceptam clonele. Vom bana toate conturile la cea mai mica suspiciune de cloning, inclusiv utilizatorul care a propus o clona. You've been warned!!!!
9. Nu folositi nick-uri sau avataruri asemanatoare cu cele ale altor useri. Incercarea de a imita un moderator/administrator se considera factor agravant.
10. Nu acceptam semnaturi exagerat de mari (cu multe randuri) si nici fonturi de alta culoare. Puteti posta un link in semnatura. Absolut orice postati in semnatura trebuie sa fie inclus in tag 'right'. Vedeti mai jos pentru detalii. UPDATE: Puteti posta si o (1) poza in semnatura de maxim 550x126. Aceasta poate fi si un gamercard personal. CONDITIA pentru ca moderatorii/administratorii sa va accepte poza in semnatura este ca aceasta sa fie folosita impreuna cu tag-ul right in felul urmator: [righx]linkpoza[/right] TOATE POZELE TREBUIE SA FIE MUSAI IN PARTEA DREAPTA A SEMNATURII. Semnatura poate include si text si gamercard personal, caz in care textul poate fi ori deasupra, ori dedesubt, cum preferati, insa musai in dreapta.

11. Nu acceptam goana dupa posturi. Nu va fugareste nimeni, asa ca nu va grabiti daca nu vreti sa fiti fugariti de vreun moderator sau administrator.
12. Respectati moderatorii/administratorii si deciziile acestora. Ei au intotdeauna ultimul cuvant. Moderatorii nu trebuie sa ofere explicatii pentru actiunile lor decat administratorilor, daca li se cere. Plangerile impotriva moderatorilor se trimit direct administratorilor. Orice plangere impotriva unui administrator va fi considerata ca o renuntare la dreptul de accesa acest forum, deci se va finaliza cu ban sau stergerea contului. La plecare, puteti opta pentru pastrarea sau stergerea mesajelor dvs. Pentru orice alta raportare de posturi, folositi butonul de report si un moderator sau administrator va restabili ordinea.
PIRATERIE1. Este interzisa vanzarea/oferirea/inchirierea/promovarea de software piratat. Este, de asemenea, interzisa postarea de linkuri care ar furniza accesul catre software piratat. 2. Orice alte discutii hardware/software legate de piraterie sunt permise daca se respecta regula de la pct.1. Puteti discuta de modare (metode si software/hardware folosit) pentru orice platforma, puteti furniza linkuri catre tutoriale si uneltele folosite la modding/tuning, puteti posta tutoriale de modding/tuning si ii puteti ajuta pe altii sa isi modeze aparatele, puteti discuta de release-uri, de grupuri, de scena, etc. Atat timp cat nu postati linkuri sau materiale din cele mentionate la pct.1, orice discutie este libera in virtutea libertatii de exprimare.
DISPOZITII FINALE1. Acest regulament poate fi modificat de catre administratori fara nici un avertisment/anunt prealabil. Regulamentul va fi modificat/imbunatatit in timp. Regulamentul se aplica sectiunilor private in limba romana. Acestea sunt TOATE regulile care se aplica pe forum.

PRIVACY

2. Any other discussions on hardware / software related to piracy are allowed if they comply with the rule from article 1 of this section. You can discuss about modding (methods and software / hardware used) for any platform, you can provide links to tutorials and tools used in modding / tuning, you can post tutorials for modding / tuning and you can help others to mod devices, you can discuss about scene releases, groups, etc.. As long as you do not post links or materials from those mentioned in article 1 of this section, any discussion is free by virtue of freedom of expression.
FINAL PROVISIONS
